A planning retainer secures your family's dedicated planning window and allows us to begin building your personalized park strategy.
Retainer amounts vary based on the level of planning support selected.

Trip Dashboard Development
Using your intake information, we create a structured daily park strategy including:

Step 04 - Pre-Arrival Preparation

Prior to your arrival, we finalize dining reservations, review your daily planning dashboard, and coordinate any additional preparation included in your selected service tier.
White Glove Concierge and Premier Trip Execution services may also include pre-arrival logistics such as grocery delivery timing and/or airport pickup coordination
