For families seeking the highest level of personal guidance, ParkFlow offers a limited VIP Companion Experience, where the founder personally accompanies your family in the parks to guide the day in real time.
This private experience include in-person strategy management, attraction sequencing, and personalized guidance throughout the park visit.
Availability is extremely limited and offered only to a small number of clients each season.

Planning Retainer Policy
A 30% Planning Retainer is required to reserve your family's dedicated planning window for "Planning Only" and "Planning + Live Support" services
"White Glove Concierge" and "Premier Trip Execution" require a 50% Planning Retainer due to the additional coordination and preparation involved.
Planning Retainers secure professional time, trip preparation, and resource allocation and are therefore non-refundable.
Remaining balances are due 7 days prior to your arrival in Orlando.
In the event of travel date changes, retainers may be applied toward a future planning window, subject to availability.
